All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. We do update our inventory regularly online, however sometimes in the event of a large order coming in simultaneously, we may be out of stock of the item you have requested. In the unusual situation that this occurs we will advise you of the expected time of delivery.

If you have chosen to join our mailing list we will email you from time to time with competition winners, new product and event news, upcoming promotions and general newsletters occasionally. You can unsubscribe at any time.

 Returns

Valor Organics make every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in excellent condition, keeping in mind it is a hand made product and slight imperfections in the shape and scent are inherent when an item is made by hand without chemical emulsifiers, hardeners, synthetic fragrance etc.

Should you experience a problem with any product, please email info@shavewithvalor.com and we will endeavour to rectify any issues.

International Orders

All prices are in Australian dollars and freight/postage/courier is not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated. 

Final check out will be in Australian dollars and any conversion to your local currency 
will be made by your bank. Conversion rates can differ depending on the bank.

Valor Organics has no control over any international customs or import duties that could be charged when the package reaches your country.
