How to Use
Dry brush: Before your shower, brush in firm strokes towards your heart. Stand on a towel. Feel like a new man.
Wet brush: Take it straight into the shower with your body wash for a deep, no-messing cleanse.
Don't brush over open wounds, sunburn, inflamed skin, or enlarged lymph nodes.
Looking After Your Brush
Rinse with hot soapy water once a week. Shake off the excess, pat into a towel, and hang it somewhere it can breathe and dry out properly. Don't leave it sitting in a wet shower — the bristles will mildew and nobody wants that.
